How does the slab-based pricing work?

Our pricing is based on your total student count. You pay a flat monthly fee based on your slab (e.g., up to 200 students, 201-400, etc.). Unlike per-student pricing, your cost stays the same as long as you are within your slab.

What happens when my student count increases?

If your student count crosses into the next slab, you will be notified and can upgrade your plan. There is no automatic charge. You stay in control of when to upgrade.

Is the Free plan really free forever?

Yes! Schools with up to 100 students can use ScholaBook completely free, forever. No credit card required, no trial period. You only pay when you grow beyond 100 students or need premium features.

What is included in the free trial?

The free trial gives you full access to all Standard plan features for 14 days. No credit card required. If you decide not to continue, your data remains safe and you can export it anytime.

What is the difference between Standard and Premium?

Standard includes all core features most schools need: fee management, parent portal, online payments, and phone support. Premium adds multi-campus management, priority support, dedicated account manager, and custom integrations.

Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
